SUBMITTING AD COMPONENTS
- Before you submit message and copy, please submit payment for your ad through Herff Jones' online payment portal at www.yearbookordercenter.com. Select order number/school code 1626.

TIPS FOR SELECTING PHOTOS
- Photo quality is essential for your ad to appear its best. Submit photos in their highest image size, straight from the camera without resizing them.
- To check photo quality in your computer’s finder window, right-click on the file and select Properties (PC) or Info (Mac). The fie size should be no smaller than 2 MB/2000 KB.
- Please do not copy photos from Facebook or Instagram; please do not send photos in a PDF, Word or Powerpoint document; these will not print well.
- If scanning photos, use the highest quality setting on your scanner. Many stores including Walgreens and Target offer scanning booths for a reasonable cost.
- Please take time to ensure your images are high quality, as our tight deadlines do not afford us time to notify you that the images will not print well; we will use the images that you send us.
- Staff cannot accept hard copies of pictures.
TIPS FOR WRITING MESSAGE
- Memorable messages follow the mantra that less is more. Describe your student’s first day of school or biggest accomplishment. Memories and concrete details will express your pride while showcasing your student’s individuality.
- A large quantity of text in any ad will end up being set in small font size which may not be easy to read. Please adhere to our recommendations for the number of words per ad size.
- We will choose a font/typeface for the copy when we design your ad. We will attempt to correct grammar, punctuation and spelling errors unless otherwise instructed.
- Yearbook staff reserves the right to edit the layout and material as needed
